Power plant condenser is one of the important equipment of steam turbine. The operating quality of the condenser directly affects the safety and economy of the unit operation.
Once the condenser is fouled, steel pipes and copper pipes will be corroded, and the cooling effect of the condenser will be affected, causing a series of unfavorable factors such as the vacuum of the condenser and the reduction of unit output. Scaling not only affects the heat exchange effect of the condenser, but also shortens the service life of the condenser. Therefore, it is listed as a regular maintenance item for major and minor maintenance in the maintenance standards issued by the ministry.
For units that have been put into operation, it is one of the main projects to restore unit efficiency through major and minor repairs, especially minor repairs. The only improvement in efficiency can be achieved by cleaning the condenser.
The rubber balls and chemical cleaning methods currently used not only have low dirt removal efficiency, but are also prone to damage and corrosion of equipment and other defects.

We will clean the condenser with high-pressure water jet according to the different materials (steel pipes, copper pipes) and the scale of different water quality in each power plant. Cleaning service:
The cleaning time is generally 7 working days for a 300MW unit (about 17,000 tube bundles). The manufacturer only needs to open the condenser manhole and provide the power supply (380V, 90KW) and clean water source for the cleaning machine.
Design end difference of condenser:
When the normal value is 4-6°C, the maximum value should not exceed 8°C. The cleaning of the condenser is regarded as a systematic project carried out all year round. In different maintenance periods or downtime periods, the most realistic, feasible and best cleaning plan is adopted to maintain the overall cleaning level of the condenser as far as possible to achieve the best energy saving effect.
