Our company introduced the shot blasting and descaling process of steam turbines in western developed countries, and designed a set of equipment for the descaling and descaling of steam turbines in power plants. After shot blasting, the efficiency of the flow part of the steam turbine increased by 1 & mdash; 3%. The fatigue strength is increased by 10%. Pneumatic mechanical shot blasting (compressed air pressure controlled at 0.45 to 0.6 mPa) is used for shot blasting and descaling. The material is specially designed for shot blasting glass beads with a particle size of 0.25 mm to 0.35 mm. A work shed is set up during construction. , In the shed, the rotor and the partition are processed in turn, and environmental and personal protection are done. The specific operations are as follows:

▪ Lay the power supply and gas supply pipelines, the power supply voltage is 380V, 220V, the power is 10kw, the gas supply pressure is controlled at 0.45-0.6Mpa

▪ The glass beads used in shot blasting are made of silica, with a particle size of 0.25-0.35 and a hardness of 45-55moh

▪ The dust in the work shed is drawn into the sewer outside the plant with a suction fan to prevent environmental pollution

▪ When the moving and static blades are shot blasted to remove rust, the air seal should be protected by measures

▪ When operating the nozzle, the distance between the nozzle and the processing equipment is 15cm-25cm, and the angle should be 45°-60°

▪ Clean up the work site in time after the work is completed. The glass beads spilled on the ground are cleaned up in time to prevent people from falling and slipping
