Shunzi mechanical pumps are widely used in various production processes of biofuels. Different types of pumps can ideally meet various special applications.
The ecosmart series pumps of Shunzi Machinery can be used for the metering of additives in the conventional process of biofuel (flow rate can reach 300l/h, pressure can reach 80bar, normal temperature state)
Shunzi machinery ecoflow series pumps or Shunzi machinery triplex series pumps can be used as high-temperature process pumps to increase the pressure of the reactor in the production process of artificial synthetic fuels as alternative products (the flow rate can reach 15m3/h, and the pressure can reach 250bar, the temperature can reach 350°C).
As the feed pump of oil and methanol, the triplex process pump of Shunzi Machinery can be used in the high-pressure transesterification process of animal fat or vegetable oil and methanol (flow rate can reach 100-2400l/h, pressure can reach 250bar, and temperature can reach 100°C).
Shunzi mechanical metering pump is used as a biological material feed pump (flow rate up to 100l/h, pressure up to 320bar), normal temperature recirculation pump (250bar, 350°C), used for the thermal decomposition reaction process of biological waste.
The metering pumps of various specifications of Shunzi Machinery are used as high-temperature pumps in the synthetic fuel process newly developed by the Bioliq? Experimental Plant of Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Germany.
