Background note
Basic concept of spray drying
Feeding from a wet medium through evaporation of water to achieve fine powder dispersion production:
A solution/suspension is passed through a nozzle or atomizer into a stream of hot gas or nitrogen.
Use a suitable pump to feed the spray drying system. During the spraying process, drying and particle formation are performed simultaneously. Due to the high technical requirements in the pharmaceutical industry, for example, the requirements for the bioavailability of drugs are also increasing, and the efficacy of drugs largely depends on the particle size they produce.
