Solution
Shunzi Machinery provides the following solutions for mixing condiments in beer production:
A Shunzi Machinery Metering pump is used to add condiments
The condiments are placed in a container equipped with a stirrer, a cleaning ball and two level switches
The pump on the suction side of the filter ensures that the pump valve functions normally (the pump valve is not clogged)
Continuously adjust the flow rate of the pump through the electromagnetic flowmeter and control loop to suit the addition amount
Complete PLC control, but the system can also be “manual”, in this case the volume flow is controlled by a potentiometer.
The contactor on the pressure side protects the pump from overpressure from the interlayer membrane
All materials in contact with fluids have roughness Ra <0.8 microns (316L for stainless steel)
In order to optimize the efficiency of the injection process, it is recommended to use a compressor and a process diaphragm pump in combination.

Background
The flavoring substances used in the food industry can basically be divided into three types:
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Natural fragrance | Flavoring substances obtained from plant or animal raw materials through physical, microbial or enzymatic processing methods. They can be consumed by humans in their natural state or after processing, but they cannot contain any substances of the same nature or artificial flavors. |
| Flavoring substances of the same nature | Flavoring substances obtained by chemical synthesis or isolation methods. The chemical and organoleptic properties of these substances are the same as the natural flavors present in products for human consumption, but they cannot contain any artificial flavoring substances. |
| Synthetic flavoring substance | Flavoring substances contained in non-natural products intended for human consumption, regardless of whether the product is processed or not. They are usually produced from Tianlai chemicals obtained through fractional distillation and additional chemical treatment. Although their chemical components are different, their sensory properties as natural fragrances are the same. |
